Delivery & Shipment Policy
We arrange delivery from our warehouse to your delivery address. You will be responsible for providing the correct and complete delivery address information on our website at the time of submitting the order.
- Most items should be delivered within approximately 3 to 5 working days through courier services.
- Deliveries are only available in United Arab Emirates.
- A Flat Rate of AED 10 will be charged for delivery addresses within the Deliverable Area in the UAE region.
- A Flat Rate of AED 25 will be charged for delivery addresses within the Out of Shipping Area in the UAE region. There are areas within the UAE which are remote and are logistically difficult to deliver to.
- We can only process orders for delivery or collection within countries in which we are permitted to sell the products.
Some offers and promotions may have different delivery timescales, which will be outlined in the terms and conditions for each promotion. If you have any questions regarding your order, please contact us.
Refund & Return Policy
Most products purchased on our website are eligible for return, provided they are in new condition and satisfy the terms below.
Products not eligible for returns:
- Special orders
- Cleaning Stuffs
- Products that have been built or configured according to your specifications
- Distributor stock
Refunds will be made onto the original mode of payment and will be processed within 10 to 45 days depends on the issuing bank of the credit card.
For items that are not on the non-returnable list above:
We are happy to accept product returns for credit, exchange or refund within 14 days from the received date, provided that the product(s) are unused and in their original condition – complete with original documents, accessories and tags. All packaging must be sealed and unbroken.
Mobile phones, laptop computers, vacuums, watches, hygienic items (such as beard or hair care items) and other related products are not subject to refund if installed or activated.
Please note that we will not be liable for any damages incurred in transit, loss or leakage.
In case the product is returned within 14 days from the date of purchase in unpacked or activated condition (with its original packing) and is unused without any scratches, dents or damage then a re-stocking fee of 30% will be deducted to cover the cost that we incur in repackaging and restocking. The final decision to accept the open/ unpacked products rests with NonStopCyber.com
We will refund your shipping costs if the product was received due to an error on our part. For change-of-mind returns, and any other return reason that is not due to an error on our part, we are unable to refund shipping charges.
We reserve the right to monitor returns and to refuse orders from customers with excessive returns levels. However, nothing in this Returns policy is intended to affect any consumer rights that you may have under UAE law.
How to return a product:
Please contact us if you would like to exchange or return a product. We will then email you a Returns Form for you to complete and mail back to us along with your product(s) and the Original Delivery Note for return. You can either mail your product and Returns Form to our office, or, for the fastest refund option, you may request a pickup at an additional cost.
